Traditional Venezuelan Christmas favorite. Corn dough filled with pork, beef, and chicken, almonds, red wine, sofrito, raisins, and olives — wrapped in smoked plantain leaves.
Pan de Jamón
Wheat bread filled with raisins, smoked ham, bacon, green olives, and cane sugar syrup.
Ensalada de Gallina
Traditional chicken salad with potatoes, carrots, peas, onions, green apples, and celery.
Pernil
Slow-cooked pork leg with red wine, malta, and Mediterranean spices.
Dulce de Lechoza
Green papaya dessert with figs, cane sugar, cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon.
