Our next Cena entre Panas features the incredibly talented Chef Pedro Wolcott, owner of the nostalgic and flavor-packed North Star Deli and former owner of Guacaya Bistreaux. 🌟🥪
Pedro brings deep roots, bold creativity, and the soulful flavors of Panamá to the Crasqui kitchen for one unforgettable night. His cooking blends Latin Caribbean heritage with personal storytelling—and this dinner will be full of heart, sabor, and surprises.
We’re also proud to use this evening to raise funds for PACER Center, a Minnesota-based nonprofit that has been championing children with disabilities and their families for over 40 years. PACER provides advocacy, education, and support to empower kids to thrive at school, at home, and in their communities.
