I’m beyond honored to share the kitchen with the amazing Chef Nettie Colón ✨

Born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico, Nettie is a chef whose food carries the soul of her island and the wisdom of generations. Her Abuela Maria Brigida inspired her love for cooking, and her culinary journey has taken her from the mountains of Utuado to kitchens across the globe — from the West Indies and Yucatán to Italy, Wales, and beyond.

She is the founder of The Red Hen Gastrolab Concepts, a James Beard Chef Boot Camp alum, and a powerful advocate for preserving food traditions and justice. Every dish she creates tells a story of identity, memory, and belonging.

All proceeds from this dinner will benefit @neighborhoodhousemn — a vital organization providing resources, education, and support to immigrant, refugee, and low-income communities in Saint Paul.
