 Chef Rolando Díaz:

Born in New York City and raised in the vibrant heart of Costa Rica, Chef Díaz’s love for cooking was shaped by his family’s passion for food. He learned traditional dishes early on, developing the flavor-forward approach that defines his signature style.

His cooking bridges cultures — blending his Costa Rican roots, culinary training, and American influences into creative, soulful plates that tell a story with every bite.
