5.Contorno: Ensalada Capresa Tropical

Burrata cream, steak tomatoes, diced mango, citrus-mango dressing, olive oil, micro basil

6.Secondo: Ossobuco con Puré de Apio y Gremolata Fresca

Slow-braised veal shank, apio purée, gremolata with parsley, cilantro, green onions, fresh herbs

7.Dolce: Panettone with Venezuelan Chocolate and Gelato

8.Piccola Dolce: Mini Cannoli with Dulce de Leche Mousse & Coffee-Rum Glaze
